Doug Heske

Doug Heske is CEO of Newday impact Investing.

Doug has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including stints at Stone & Youngberg/Stifel Financial Corp and NCPI.

Doug began their career at Piper Jaffray in 1993, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Regional Director. In this role, they were responsible for launching and leading Piper Jaffray's growth in the Private Client business across the State of California.

In 2004, Doug left Piper Jaffray to join NCPI as President & CEO. During their time at NCPI, Doug was instrumental in propelling growth of the NCPI wealth management business. Doug also managed operational effectiveness across the organization and led the turnaround of a fractured business before selling the organization to Sterne Agee in 2011.

After a brief stint at Stone & Youngberg/Stifel Financial Corp, Doug joined Newday Impact Investing as CEO in 2016. In this role, Doug is responsible for driving renenue and profitability growth of wealth management business in the San Francisco Bay Area market via effective leadership,management, and operational effectiveness.

Doug Heske graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Doug then attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business to earn their certification in Series 7, 8, 24, 63, and 65.
